STX Entertainment has unveiled the the brand new trailer for Hardcore Henry. And it's nothing like anything you've ever experienced. A groundbreaking, visceral ride,this action-packed thriller puts YOU, the audience, in the role of Henry, experiencing everything from a first-person perspective. Hardcore Henry is a Headliner at the 2016 SXSW Film Festival and will open in theaters nationwide on April 8.

Mainly because you've just been brought back from the dead by your wife (Haley Bennett). She tells you that your name is Henry. ‘Hardcore’ Trailer Shows Off First POV Feature Film

Before debuts as part of the Toronto International Film Festival's Midnight Madness programming tonight, the first trailer has arrived for Hardcore, courtesy of Biting Elbows, the band that director Ilya Naishuller belongs to. Hardcore marks Ilya Naishuller's feature directorial debut, but he previously directed a first-person music video for the band, which is the same style he brings to Hardcore. The film is described as, "the world's first action film to be shot 100% from the hero's perspective," as you can see in the trailer. Even the film's synopsis, which you can check out below, is crafted in a similar fashion.
